So this past weekend was the Ruthie's Inn reunion show. Ruthie's was a club in Berkeley that hosted some killer punk and metal shows 1983 through 1987.

MP3: Everything Must Go!

YEARS IN THE MAKING (not really) Everything Must Go (official website, myspace site) is set to release their newest LP (first with the current lineup) in the next few months.

My brilliant idea was to have the record come out on 5 different LPs - with each band member's tracks on each LP (vocals on one LP, bass on one LP, etc.) and, of course, each band member would get their own cover. They're not doing it. No one gets my artistic vision.

So, there was no update last weekend because I turned 30 and had a big party. Fracas, I, Madman and America's Dirty Thirties played. Verbal Abuse jumped on the bill as well and played a short set.
